How it works
A product information management system, end to end.
GetShopSync manages the whole life of a product record — how it is structured, who may change it, whether it is complete, and where it goes. AI capture is one part of that, and it is the part that removes the typing. The rest is the system that makes the typing worth doing.
The system
Four layers, not four features.
A PIM earns its place by doing all four. A tool that only enriches leaves you without governance; one that only governs leaves your team typing. These work together.

One structured record per SKU, with the fields your categories actually need. Custom attributes, a category tree you control, brands and suppliers modelled properly.

Completeness rules per catalogue and category. Five permission levels. Every edit versioned and attributed. Nothing changes without a trace.

Enrich
Descriptions, specifications, images and documents brought up to your standard — by your team, with AI capture doing the transcription work.

Publish
Approved records pushed to your storefront, assets served from your own storage, sync status visible per product.

Point
Paste a single supplier product URL, or upload a CSV of SKUs and supplier URLs as a batch. If the supplier is one of the 100+ already configured, nothing else is needed. If not, a configuration is added once and works for every product from that supplier afterwards.

Capture
GetShopSync chooses the extraction method that suits the site — including rendering the page in a real browser where the content only appears once JavaScript has run — and pulls the title, descriptions, specifications, images and datasheets. Files are copied into your own storage. The product is created as a draft. Nothing is published.

Check
Completeness rules score the product against what your business requires and list the missing fields. Someone reviews the description, corrects what needs correcting, and approves. This step is deliberately manual, because captured data should be checked by a person before it reaches a customer.

Publish
Approved products sync to Shopify. Datasheets are served from your storage through permanent links. Every change along the way is recorded against the product with the name of whoever made it.

Where GetShopSync starts and stops
Knowing the edges of a system is how you judge whether it fits. Here are ours, and what we will do about them.
Shopify is the channel we publish to today.
WooCommerce, Magento and BigCommerce are not built yet. If you need one, tell us — real demand from a real customer is exactly what moves a connector up the roadmap, and we would rather build it for someone than guess.
It is a PIM, not an ERP.
GetShopSync owns what a product is — descriptions, specifications, assets, quality, publishing. Stock levels, pricing rules and order management stay in the system that already does them well.
We set it up with you, not at you.
Onboarding is done together: we configure your first supplier, model your categories and run the first batch alongside your team. It is the fastest route to the point where the catalogue is actually paying you back, and it is included.
Nothing publishes without a person.
Captured data stays a draft until somebody approves it. That is a deliberate design choice, and it is the reason you can trust what reaches your customers.
