GetShopSync costs R2 500 a month on Starter, R5 400 on Growth and R11 500 on Scale, all excluding VAT. Annual billing is two months free. AI capture uses your Claude API key — we do not sell AI tokens. Capacity is gated by product counts; extra batches of 500 products are R199 each.

Product packs are optional capacity beyond your plan limit. AI model usage is charged by Anthropic to the API key you configure — not by GetShopSync.

You onboard fewer than 800 products a year.
Below that the software costs more than the manual process. We would rather tell you now.
You are not on Shopify.
WooCommerce and Magento are not supported.
Your suppliers send you clean data files already.
You need a place to put them, not a way to get them.
You need multi-language or multi-currency catalogues.
Not supported today.
Questions
- Is there a free trial?
- There is a 30-day pilot with a capped number of products, a named sponsor on your side and agreed success criteria. A free tier is not offered, because onboarding needs a person and doing that badly helps nobody.
- Can I sign up online?
- Not yet. Accounts are set up with you and invoiced directly. Self-serve is on the roadmap.
- Who pays for AI capture?
- You do, through your own Claude (Anthropic) API key. GetShopSync does not sell AI tokens or bill per capture. You keep control of model spend on your Anthropic account.
- What happens if we exceed our product limit?
- Plans include a product allowance. Extra capacity is sold in batches of 500 products at R199 each (excl. VAT).
- Where is our data stored?
- Your product data is in a managed MongoDB database; images and datasheets are in object storage. See Security & POPIA for the detail, including what we are still confirming.
- Can we get our data out?
- Yes. CSV export of your catalogue, at any time, on any plan.
- Do you take a percentage of sales?
- No. A fixed monthly fee and product packs if you need more capacity.
- What happens if we cancel?
- Month-to-month plans end at the end of the paid month. You can export your catalogue before you go.
