Anthropic Claude
The extraction engine behind capture. You connect your own API key; model usage is billed by Anthropic to you.
Wasabi S3 and Azure Blob Storage
Your images and datasheets, in storage you control, with Azure as automatic fallback.
Single sign-on and identity
Sign-in and user management through a specialist identity provider. GetShopSync never stores your password.
CSV
In and out. Bulk onboarding in, full catalogue export out.
Supplier websites
Over 100 configured, and any site can be added.
Connect your own Shopify store from inside GetShopSync
Today this is done as part of setup. Highest priority.
WooCommerce
Under consideration for 2027, subject to demand.
A documented public API
The API exists and is used by our own application; it is not yet documented for customers.
Accounting and ERP connectors
Not planned. GetShopSync manages product content, not stock or orders.

This list is what we have built so far, not the limit of what we will build. Tell us what you run — most integrations are a conversation and a bit of engineering, and a customer asking for one is the best reason we have to prioritise it. We are here to grow with you, and that includes building toward the systems your business already depends on.
